I was told by a relative that James and Lydia Skiles were buried at Center Church, but that the stones are now missing. She heard that another relative once saw their gravestones in a trash pile, but he did not recover them and they are now lost! There is a space next to the graves of James P. and Martha (Hair) Skiles, his parents, where it might be possible for two unmarked graves to be.
