Services for Edward Angerhofer, 76, of Rt. 3, Aberdeen, will be 2 p.m. Saturday, April 30, at St. John's Lutheran Church in Highland Township with the Rev. Raymond A. Giese officiating.

Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Mr. Angerhofer died Tuesday, April 26, at St. Luke's Hospital.

Visitation will be from 8 a.m. Friday until noon Saturday at the Miller-Huebl Funeral Home and for one hour prior to the service at the church. Relatives will meet at the church at 1:30 p.m. Saturday.

The family prefers memorials to the church.

Edward Carl Angerhofer was born Dec. 26, 1906, in Highland Township, 10 miles southwest of Aberdeen. He attended rural school and farmed with his parents. Following their deaths he continued to farm there until his retirement in 1978. He was a past member of the Highland Township Board and the School Board.

Survivors include two brothers, Henry and Paul, both of Aberdeen; and three sisters, Mrs. Henry (Frances) Shilman, Mrs. Olga Brick and Mrs. Ervin (Eleanor) Bruse, all of Aberdeen.

He was preceded in death by two brothers.

Casketbearers, all nephews, will be Harold Shilman, Warner; Dwaine Shilman, Bismark, N.D.; Reuben Angerhofer, Norman Brick, Lloyd Brick and LaVerne Brick, all of Aberdeen. All of his friends are considered honorary casketbearers. Eldon Angerhofer and Earl Anderson will usher. Mrs. Lois Ristau will be the organist and the congregation will sing.
