Charles Herman Otis was a POW of World War 2. His plane was shot down and he was captured and held for quite some time before being rescued.
Charles was a talented carpenter and a hard-working man. He was married to the love of his life, Edith for over 50 years and after her death in 1994 of cancer, he was never the same. He passed away during a routine check-up after having a heart attack. He is greatly missed and his legacy lives on.
