He was a master gemologist, an avid photographer and enjoyed computers.
Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Jacqueline R. Luce of Stuart; daughter, Pamela G. Luce of Stuart; son, Randall R. Luce of Port St. Lucie; brothers, Dallas N. Luce of Palm City and Wade S. Luce of Ashtabula; and three grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. April 11 at Martin Funeral Home & Crematory in Stuart.
A chapel service will be at 2 p.m. April 11 with Dr. Don Jones of First United Methodist Church officiating.
