"July 26, 2007 Juanita Faye Moore Chapdelaine, 61, a loving and godly mother, grandmother, daughter, niece and sister, went to join her Maker on Monday, July 23, 2007, in Colleyville, Texas, after a courageous fight with cancer.
Juanita "Faye" was born in Hampton, VA, on March 29, 1946. While working at a Virginia diner in 1966, Faye met her husband, Jack, of 40 years. The contagious compassion and love that Faye possessed for her family and friends will continue to live in our hearts forever. Faye lived a godly and selfless life that was centered around love and family. She has gone to a better place to join her late husband, Jack, who passed away last December.
Faye enjoyed church, gardening, cooking, spending time with the kids and grandkids, scrapbooking, traveling, shopping, and family sporting events.
She is survived by her mother, Sadie Moore; aunt, Marjorie Charles; sister, Kristal Sirles and husband, Jeff; children, Troy, Ryan and wife, Bianca, Nicole and husband, Jonathan Schoemaker, Joelle and Susan; and grandchildren, Sydney, Allie and Ethan Schoemaker
A Celebration of Life will be held at 12:30 pm Thursday, July 26, at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home. The viewing was held from 6 to 8 pm Wednesday, July 25.
