Reidsville – Mr. Jack Edward Cannon, Sr., 74, of Reidsville, passed away on Monday, July 1, 2013, at his home.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, July 3, 2013, at 2:00 PM in Wilkerson Funeral Home with Pastor William Harmon officiating. Burial will follow in Roselawn Cemetery.
Mr. Cannon was born on September 13, 1938, in Rockingham County to the late Henry Russell and Cora Elizabeth McGeehee Cannon.
He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, John, Floyd and Charlie Cannon; one sister, Margaret; three grandchildren, Krystal Dawn Cannon, Sheena Marie Fuqua and Paul Gary Fuqua, Jr.
He is survived by his wife of the home; 3 sons all of Reidsville, one son of Stoneville; two daughters all of Reidsville; 12 grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren; one sister of Horse Pasture, VA, and one sister of Stoneville.
