Jimmie Crespino Jr., 79, of Pittsburg, Ks., passed away at Villa St. Francis Nursing Home at Olathe, Ks. He had been in failing health for several years.
The son of Jim Sr. and Angelene (Cashero) Crespino.
He graduated from West Mineral High School and attended Pittsburg State University. He was a lifetime resident of the southeast Kansas area.
He served in the U.S. Army during WWII.
He married Gretta Davidson on May 31, 1941 at Girard, Ks.
She preceded him in death on March 5, 1997.
Mr Crespino was a machinist at Gulf Chemical Company for 36 years, retiring in 1979.
