WARD WILMARTH
---A memorial service for Ward Wilmarth, 89, will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Philip's Episcopa Church in Belen with the Rev. Dean Addington officiating. Interment will follow at the Colum Barium of St. Philip's. Wilmarth died Wednesday at a local health care center. He is survived by his wife, Ruth E. Coon. Wilmarth was a member of an early pioneer farming family which settled in Oregon when he was 18 years old. He later moved to Spokane where he operated a lapidary business and was active with arts and crafts shows. He was also a member of St. Philip's Episcopal Church in Belen, Tierra del Sol Country Club and was past president of Columbia Rock and Mineral Club in Spokane. Private cremation by Sunrise Cremation Society.
