Charleston - Vance Aldridge, a farmer, who lived along Charleston Route 3, died Sunday in a Sikeston Hospital. Mr. Aldridge was 59 years old, born Jan. 30, 1909 in the state of Kentucky. He was a member of the Wyatt Baptist Church.
Surviving him are two sons, Vivian Vance Aldridge and Johnny Aldridge; two daughters, Mrs. Joyce Marie Edmundson and Mrs. Cora Ellis Hornback; three brothers, Archie Aldridge, George Aldridge and Ewen Aldridge; a sister, Mrs. Bertie M. Dugan and five grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held in the Nunnelee Funeral Home Chapel Wednesday. Burial will be in the IOOF Cemetery.
