Edward, a native of Deming and a resident of Santa Fe, was predeceased by parents Ruby Luisa LeNoir and Edward J. Frei Sr.
Edward was survived by his daughter Lori Ann Frei; and his sister Jerri Lu Frei.
Edward worked for the State Highway Department in Santa Fe and in South Dakota. He was also employed with Denny's Restaurant and The Hilton Inn of Santa Fe. He attended St. Michael's High School and graduated from Deming High School.
A Visitation and Funeral Service were at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Santa Fe on 11 June 2013. Graveside Service was at the Mountain View Cemetery in Deming on 12 June 2013.
