Mrs. Samuel A. Bowen

Mrs. Maud A. Bowen, died Friday, April 19, at Columbia Memorial Hospital in Hudson. her residence was Old Troy Road, couse Corners, East Greenbush. She was the wife of the late Samuel A. Bowen.

Mrs. Bowen, the former Maud Palmer, was born in Cooperstown. She was a member of the Bloomingrove Reformed Church and Defreestville Home Demonstration Unit.

Surviving are two sons, Captain Francis H. Bowen, USAF, Clark AFB, Philippine Islands and Samuel A. Bowen, Jr. of Laurel, Md.; two daughters, Mrs. Kirk Temple and Mrs. George Hepinstall, Jr., and seven grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Monday at 2 p.m. from the Gordon Funeral Home in East Greenbush. Burial was in Bloomingrove cemetery.
