Roberta L.(Bert) Kelleher Arel, 84 of Ocala, Florida passed away on May 28, 2013 after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born on February 17, 1929 in Springfield, MA daughter to Roland and Louise (Foisy) Lamberton, and moved to Florida from Enfield, CT in 1990. Roberta was employed by Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, MA as a surgical technician for many years retiring in 1990 to start the next chapter of life with Ted in the "Sunshine State". She was a member of the VFW Post 9397 Ladies Auxiliary for more than 40 years and was of the Catholic faith. Roberta was predeceased by her loving husband of 22 years Theodore (Ted) Arel of Ocala.

She is survived by sons; Donald R. (Charlene) Kelleher, Northport, FL, Garry M.(Kathleen) Kelleher, Enfield, CT, Neal E.Kelleher, Bradenton, FL, and Martin A. Kelleher, Springfield, MA. Daughters; Gail A. Russo, and Susane M. Kelleher (Maximilliaan) both of Chicopee, MA., stepson David Arel, Feeding Hills, MA. Grandmother of nine and Great-Grandmother of nine along with many caring family members and friends.
