Sue Kelley, 66, of Marion passed away at 5:40 AM, Wednesday, October 1, 2008 at Heartland Regional Medical Center, in Marion.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM, Friday, October 3, 2008 at Blue Funeral Home in Goreville with Reverend Robert Goins officiating. Visitation will be from 9:00 AM until the time of the service on Friday at the funeral home in Goreville. Burial will be at Friendship Cemetery in Goreville.

Mrs. Kelley was born June 6, 1942 in Johnston Co, Illinois to Kenneth Whitney and Geneva Martin. She married Gilbert Kelley on September 7, 1959 in Union County, IL.

Survivors include her husband; son, Rick and K. Kelley of St. Louis; daughter, Tammy and Larry Schemonia of Alto Pass; grandchildren, Holden and Keaton Schemonia.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Gale Whitney; and her sister Dorris Ann Becher.

Mrs. Kelley liked crafts, yard sales, and arranging flowers. She enjoyed gospel music, fishing, and spending time with her grandchildren.
