The most wonderful father ever. He was born to the owners of a coal mine and lived a youth of one who was spoiled. As the youngest of 3 with 2 older sisters he was spoiled beyond belief however as a man he would become the kindest, most giving person one could meet.

My Daddy was a Staff Sgt. in the US Army and was in Pearl Harbor on that horrible day. He met my mother and she had to get used to calling him Johnny when they went out as he was in hospital and used a friend's ID. Since then he has lovingly been called by that name.

My father was a surfer and had the pleasure of surfing Hawaii, something I hope to one day experience.
