Vietnam Victim. Funeral services for Sgt. 1.C. Daryle W. Batt, 43, of 94-241 Kipou St., Waipahu, killed in Vietnam April 27, will be held at 9:30 a.m. tomorrow at Ft. Shafter Post Chapel.
Burial will follow in the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific.
Friends may call at the Army Mortuary from 6-9 tonight and from 8-9 a.m. tomorrow.
Sgt. Batt was born in Iowa.
A 25 year Army veteran, he saw action in World War II, Korea and Vietnam.
He is survived by his widow, Haruyo; two sons, Wayne and Early; two daughters, Christine and Kathy; his father, William F. Batt of Iowa; two sisters, Mrs. Betty J. Miller and Mrs. Maxine Angus of Iowa; and four brothers, Howard, J. Harold M. And Lt. Col. William N., all of Iowa, and M. Sgt. Robert J. Batt of Ft. Collins, Colo.
