She was a graduate of Gratis High School and worked for McCall Corporation, was a cook at Gratis School and worked at Gratis Post Office. She was a member of First Brethren Church, Gratis, OH.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley Cooper in 1999; her parents, 2 grandchildren, Cheryl Fudge and Karen Nicson, brother, Donald Butts, and 2 sisters, Dorothy Weaver and Irene Steel.
She is survived by her son, Jack (Dorothy) Cooper, Gratis, OH. 2 daughters, Phyllis Cooper Monroe, Eaton, OH. and Delores Duncil, Gratis, OH., 9 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and 12 great-great grandchildren.
