George E. Betz, laborer, 1522 Allen street, died at his home about 2 o'clock Thursday morning of pneumonia. Mr. Betz was 40 years of age and leaves a widow but no children. He was born and had always lived in Canton. The funeral will take place from the house at 1 o'clock Saturday afternoon and at 1:30 services will be held in the East Fourth Street Evangelical church, Rev. Peters having charge. The interment will follow in Westlawn cemetery..
