ADGER—At Dallas, Tex., Jan. 4, at 9:30 p.m., John Adger, of Shreveport, La.
The funeral took place from the residence of W. E. Glassell on Commerce street yesterday morning at 11 o’clock.
The deceased was born in South Carolina, and resided in Bossier parish before moving to Shreveport, where he lived several years and was married to Miss Mattie Reynolds. Owing to ill-health he moved to California, and then transferred his residence to San Antonio, Texas. He was held in esteem by all who knew him.
To his devoted wife and daughter and relatives we tender condolence and sympathy.—Shreveport Caucasian, Sunday.
