Ms. Blackmon was born May 29, 1933 in Harnett County the daughter of the late Troy Blackmon & Nettie Eliza Bowden Blackmon and is preceded in death by a Grandaughter, Lisa Marie Avery and 3 Sisters, Emma Cannady, Dora Virginia Blackmon & Lottie Hardison.
A Graveside Service will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, April 20, 2013 at Erwin Memorial Park with Rev. Jerome Pope officiating.
