James "Jimbo" Bennett, 40, of Mayfield died at 2:45 p.m. Satuday at Jackson Purchase Medical Center.


Mr. Bennett worked for the Kentucky Highway Department.


Surviving are his parents, James C. and Winkie Bennett of Mayfield; two sisters, Debbie Hargrove and Leesa Pierseall, both of Mayfield; two neices; and two nephews.


Graveside services will be at 2:30 p.m. Monday at Bennett Cemetery in Graves County. Cary Puckett will officiate.


Friends may call after 12:30 p.m. Monday at Byrn Funeral Home.
