He was born July 2, 1955, the son of Ernest and Mary L. Lomprez Waters.
Mr. Waters was a self-employed roofing and siding installer.
Survivors: two daughters, Yavett Treat of Springfield and Terra Waters of Riverton; two grandsons; three brothers, David E. (wife, Judy) and Harry T. Waters, both of Springfield, and Daniel L. (wife, Marcella) Waters of Taylorville; two sisters, Juanita (husband, Danny) Peterson and Marilyn (husband, Tom) Marsh, both of Springfield; an aunt; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Services: 11 a.m. today, Vancil Memorial Funeral Chapel, Dr. John Charlton III officiating. Burial: Oak Ridge Cemetery.
