Ann H. Campbell, 77, of Revere Road, Lancaster, PA, died Saturday, October 24, 2009. She was the daughter of the late Robert and Mary Coleman Hershberger and loving wife of Harry A. Campbell, with whom she celebrated 53 years of marriage last April. Ann graduated from Everett High School, Class of 1950, and from Business School, Cumberland, MD, Class of 1952. Ann retired in 2003 from F & M College as a secretary in the writing center, after 20 years of service. From 1953 to 1956, she was a private secretary at Swigerts Associates, Huntingdon, PA.

Ann was a member and former Sunday school teacher at Grandview United Methodist Church, Lancaster, and was a former Den Mother for the Boy Scouts of America. She was known for her meticulous command of the English language and was an avid reader.

In addition to her husband, she will be lovingly remembered by her three children: Douglas H. (Amy Marie) Campbell, Millersville, PA; Leslie Ann (Peter) Zulch, Sherrill, NY; and Gordon B. (Janice Anne) Campbell, Lancaster; four grandchildren and a sister Mary Roberta "Bobbie" (Art) Musselman, Everett, PA. One sister preceded her in death.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her Life Celebration Memorial Service at Grandview United Methodist Church, 888 Pleasure Road, Lancaster, PA, 17601, on Wednesday, October 28, 2009 at 11:00am, with the Rev. Chris McLaughlin, officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Ann's name to the church.
