Visitation will be 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Thursday, April 18 at New Summit Church, 1800 NE Independence Ave., Lee's Summit, MO, 64086. Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, April 19 at New Summit Church. Burial will be in Lee's Summit Historical Cemetery, Lee's Summit, MO following funeral services.

Anthony was born August 27, 1987 in Alamogordo, NM.

He attended Lee's Summit North High School. He worked for Folgers Coffee Company and Mt. Bleu Casino in Lake Tahoe. His current employer was UPA (Utility Partners of America). He was a member of The Life Church of Kansas City.

He leaves his daughter, Taylor Mae Andrade; father and step mother, Brian and Jan Andrade; mother and step father, Dee and Aaron Williams; sister, Alyson Swoager and her husband, William; sister, Samantha Andrade; brother, Sean Martin; sister, Brooke Martin; sister, Courtney Martin; paternal grandmother, Emily Reyes and her husband, Raymond from W. Sacramento, CA, aunts Leslie Andrade and Pat,Vivian and Tom Ormond from W. Sacramento, CA; maternal grandparents, Dale and Sandra Eifertsen from Roseville, CA.

In lieu of flowers a scholarship fund will be established for Anthony's daughter, Taylor.
