ABERDEEN - David Wayne Davidson, 47, died Thursday, Jan. 6, 2005, at the North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo. He was born Aug. 5, 1957, in Tupelo. He was a lifelong resident of Aberdeen and a graduate of Aberdeen High School. He was an employee of Jerry Enis Motors and a member of the Aberdeen First Christian Church. An avid animal lover, he also enjoyed fishing and all sports.

Services will be at 3 p.m. today at Tisdale-Lann Memorial Chapel in Aberdeen with the Rev. Bob Secrist officiating. Burial will be in Oddfellows Rest Cemetery.

Survivors include his parents, Charles Garvin Davidson and Peggy Ann Payne Davidson of Aberdeen; three brothers, Chuck Davidson and wife, Melinda, of Hamilton, Ricky Davidson of Mooreville, and Kendall Davidson and wife, Tina, of Aberdeen; four nephews; one great-niece, one great-nephew.

Pallbearers will be Chris Davidson, Ashley Davidson, Austin Davidson, P.L. Pennington, Don Easter and Robert Lambe.

Honorary pallbearers will be Jerry Enis, Brandon Davidson, Randy Lavender and Joe Ferraro.
