Helen's April 20, 1972 obituary from the Spokane Daily Chronicle shared:

"Funeral services will be at 11 Monday at Hazen & Jaeger's Valley Home for Mrs. Helen D. Alcorn, 69, E11902 Mansfield, who died Wednesday in a hospital here. Burial will be at Riverside.

Mrs. Alcorn was office manager for Alcorn's Trailer City.

The Great Falls native had lived in Spokane 47 years and was the widow of Fred Alcorn, a prominent oil and mining man in Washington and Montana.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Ira (Joanne) Graves, Spokane, and Mrs. Peter (Audrey) Ribesar, Twin Lakes, Idaho; two sons, Robert D. Alcorn, Spokane, and Fred Alcorn, Great Falls; a sister, Mrs. Margaret Trodick, Great Falls; a brother, Edward Dorrance, Cody, Wyo., eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren."
