Allen K. "Kerry" Bloys died January 17, 2002 at his winter home in Altoona, Florida at the age of 65.

Son of John and Anne Polhemus Bloys. He lived in Whitehouse Station for 15 years before moving to Tuckerton when he retired in 1995.

He was a 1960 graduate of Lafayette College in Easton and the Georgetown Law School in Washington, D. C. He had a legal practice in Flemington and then Whitehouse Station between 1965 and 1995.

He served in the U.S. Army from 1956-1958, and was a member of the Sergeantsville Veterans of Foreign Wars post 8390 and a member of Darcy Lodge, F&AM of Flemington.

Kerry was born June 28, 1936 in Plainfield, the son of John V. ("Jack") and Anne C. (Polhemus) Bloys. He is survived by his wife Rosalie (Gargan) Bloys, two sons Robert Handel of Whitehouse Station and Christian Handel of Tuckertown; two daughters, Laura Krupa of Pittstown N.J. and Barbara Stalker of Phoenix, AZ, a brother, David, of Center Valley, PA, and eight grandchildren.

Services were held at the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home in Flemington.
