Al E. Crotinger,67, died at his home in Dodge City, born in McCracken, the son of James H. and Milla V.(Swink) Crotinger, he married Mary Ellen Moore on August 15,1948 in Syracuse,KS. He was a retired department store manager for J.C.Penny Company. He was a 1944 graduate of Syracuse High School joining the United States Navy after graduation. He was very active in methodist youth work and Boy Scouts. Survivors are wife,Mary, three sons, Kenneth E.of Liberal,Ks, Mark W. of Magic Valley,Ariz. and Keith E. Wichita; one daughter, Cheryl A. Mueller, Tulsa,Ok; two brothers, William of Garden City,KS and Bob of Weskan;four sisters, Ina Standish, Radium, Ks, Emma Mae Helmie, Johnson, KS., Rose Bennett, Syracus, Ks and Marie L. Miller of Lakin,KS.; six grandchildren and one great granddaugher.
