At the time of her death she was a secretary at the Columbia Bank, Ellicott City, Maryland. She was survived by her mother, two brothers, Taylor A Cisco, Jr.; David B Cisco; one sister, Narda J Offutt and one step sister, Rita Kyle. She was preceded in death by her father.
