David is Burried on his property, cremated and ashes scattered on his and his wifes(Sandy's)property (farm)in Republic 8 miles out from Republic, Washington. David was in a car accident on November 16, 2011, taken to hospital at Spokane, Washington where he passed away 5 days later November 21, 2011.
David is survived by his wife Sandy and her daughter Carmen M. Fischer

The children were adopted by Mickey's 2nd husband, their last name is now Jones
