Charlie B. Crouse -
The death of Charlie B. Crouse occurred at Bridgetown on Friday, Nov. 30 after a long illness. Born at Bloomington sixty-six years ago he was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. William L. Crouse. He has made his home in Torbrook Mines for a number of years. Left to mourn his passing are three sisters, Mrs. Annie Morse, Nictaux West; Elsie (Mrs. Clayton MacMaster) Kingston and Nellie (Mrs. Kenneth Barteaux) Lake Worth, Florida, and a brother Aubrey W. Crouse, Torbrook Mines. Two sisters and one brother predeceased him. Funeral services were held from the United Church, Torbrook Mines on Sunday, Dec. 2. Rev. H.S. Bird and Rev. Morris Barss officiated at the service. Pallbearers were Allan Hatt, Robie Barteaux, Kenneth Barteaux and Orley Strong. Interment took place in the United Church Cemetery.
