Obituary provided by Terri and Stan FAG#47472245: Agnes June Arbogast, age 74 years, a resident of Valley Head, passed away Friday, March 29, 2013 in the Good Samaritan Center at Belington. She was born June 2, 1938 in Calhoun County, WV, a daughter of the late James and Julia Nailor King. On July 12, 1957 at Spencer, WV, she was married to Walter Ashley Arbogast who preceded her in death on December 23, 2011. Surviving are two sons, Walter Junior Arbogast and Perry Ashley Arbogast of Valley Head, four daughters, Violet Louise Biggs and Phyllis Doreen Kincaid of Valley Head, Samantha June Brown of Mill Creek and Patricia Lee Barnett of Ohio. Three brothers, James, Ervin and Raymond, eight sisters, Flossie, Nannie Bella, Maude, Nadine, Katherine, Geneva, Ruth and Mary, grandchildren, Pamela, Timmy, Melissa, Christina, Jason, Michelle, Stephanie, Ashley, Andrew, Joseph, Savannaha, Shasta, Brandy and Christopher and fifteen great grandchildren also survive. Also preceding her in death were her brother, Charles and sisters, Liesta, Dorothy and Mable. Mrs. Arbogast was employed in Housekeeping at Snowshoe, WV and was a member of the Valley Head Assembly of God Church where she served as a Sunday School Teacher. Friends may call from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm Tuesday, April 2, 2013 at the Tomblyn Funeral Home in Elkins. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm Tuesday from the funeral home chapel with Rev. Tristan Tenney officiating. Interment will follow in the Valley Head Cemetery.
