Mrs. Bertha Palmer Allen, wife of John Allen of Cato, 71, died in the Lee Memorial Hospital early Saturday morning after a month's illness.
She was the daugthter of the late Herbert and Nettie Palmer of Fulton.
Surviving besides her husband are one son, Donald of Cato; one grandson of Cato; three sisters, Mrs. August Gerard, Mrs. Clayton Frost and Mrs, Lola Wells, all of Fulton; one brother, Ira C. Palmer of Bristol Hills; several nieces and nephews. Burial was in Jacksonville Cemetery.
