He was born Feb. 13, 1923, at Leola, a son of the late Lee Barker and Annie Barker.
He served in the Air Force.
He was also preceded in death by a sister, Betty Barker.
Survivors include his wife, Geanie Marie Mathews Menotti Barker; one son, Tommy Barker of Leola; one stepson, Jim Matthews of Maumelle; one sister, Inez Hanford of East Wenatchee, Wash.; one grandchild; and one stepgrandchild.
