Loney Highland was born to Amy Haynes in Hardin Co. Tenn and had brothers Carl and Seamon Haynes, both buried in Vandale Cem. Ark. She married young and had 12 children no formal education, no driverlicense, no air conditioner-but she grew her own food for most of her life, she drew her water from a well, she canned 1000 jars of canned food every year to feed her family. I do not think she ever had a Dr. attend her with the birth of 12 children. Widowed in 1960 she took a job in a hospital, once again she adapted. She was the rock of this family, we have missed our anchor. She shines like a angel, mother, grandmother, Great Grandmother, Greatgreat grandmother-Job well Done here on earth, I know she is still looking after us from up on high.
