Felix was born to Louisa Horton in Jackson,Ga. His father was Jim Rogers, an overseer for Judkins Hunt. Felix moved to California about 1900 with wife, Susie Hunt and their four daughters & one son. Felix owned his painting & carpentry business. After Susie died in 1916, Felix married her 1st cousin Sarah Leigh Hunt who helped raise his oldest daughter Annie Louise who was disabled. Felix died at Grace Sanitarium after 1 mo, 18 days and was buried at Rosedale Cemetery, 1831 W. Washington Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90007, Sec P, Lot 54, Grave 2-S-W, in the same grave with his first wife, Susie Hunt Rogers. His name was never added to the headstone.Son of Jim and his 2nd., wife, Louise Horton Rogers
