Oscar Wesley Harrold 55, was found dead at his home 62 North Royal Avenue, Front Royal, VA on December 27, 1977.
Graveside services was January 5, 1978 at 11:30 AM Arlington National Cemetery.
Born in Pennsylvania on July 21, 1922 the son of Jesse James Harrold and Bessie Fair Harrold. He served in the U. S. Army in both WWII and the Korean War.
Mr. Harrold was a member of the VFW Post 9274, Falls Church, VA, Giles B. Cook American Legion Post 53 and the Loyal Order of the Moose both of Front Royal, VA.
Surviving are two sons: Oscar W. Harrold, Jr. and Timothy Harrold both of Front Royal, VA, a daughter, Debbie Stoneberger of Chester Gap, VA, four brothers, Floyd, Arthur, and Walter Harrold all of Brockway, PA, and Merle Harrold of Brook Park, Ohio, and a sister, Edna Badger of Cleveland, Ohio and one grandchild. He was predeceased by the following siblings: Edison, Glenn D., Donald James,and Grace Colleen.
