Robert Emmett Kinsman, Jr. was the son of Robert Emmett Kinsman (1892-1968) and Maude Millard McLean (1892-1985)

Dr. Robert Emmett Kinsman, Jr., 82 of Twin Falls, Idaho died Tuesday evening, August 9, 2005 at Twin Falls Care Center in Twin Falls, Idaho.

At age 5, Robert moved with his family from Illinois to California where he attended school. Bob graduated from Beverly Hills High School in 1941 and furthered his education at the University of Southern California where he obtained his D.D.S. Degree.

He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II and the Korean War. Following his military services, he practiced dentistry in Beverly Hills and Chatsworth, California for 32 years. Bob retired in 1977, then moved to Oakhurst for 27 years, before moving to Twin Falls, Idaho in 2003.

Bob's hobbies were jewelry making, photograpy and golfing. He enjoyed his community involvement which included Kiwanis, Rotary, the chamber of Commerce, and volunteer ambulance driving.

Bob is survived by his wife of 60 years, Audrey Kinsman of Twin Falls, Idaho; two daughters Dee Dee (Lance) Cow of Twin Falls, Idaho; Judy (Bruce) Kautz of Studio City; daughter-in-law, Kim Kinsman of San Diego, California. Also surviving are seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Bob was preceded in death by his parents, one sister, and one son, Robert "Butch" Emmett Kinsman, III in 2003.

At Bob's request, there will be no public services. Interment will take place at the Oakwood Cemetery in Chatsworth, California. Arrangements and cremation are under the direction of Reynolds Funeral Chapel, Twin Falls, Idaho.
