Mollie Allums, who was shot by her husband last Wednesday evening at their home in the negro section, died Friday night. Charlie Allums the slayer, gave himself up. Friday he had a preliminary trial before Mayor Nichols for killing Veal, the man in the house with Mollie Allums at the time of the killings, and was held in default of a bond of $1000. Today he will be given a hearing on the charge of killing his wife.
