Elsie, nee Fletcher, was born on February 3, 1927 in England. She was the wife of the late Frank J. Rupcich. Surviving Elsie is her daughter Yvonne (Richard) Villarreal, Sheila (Everett) Rantanen and son Robert (Donna) Rupcich. She was preceded in death by her oldest son John Martin Rupcich, and infant daughters Kathleen and Barbara. Dear grandmother to 15 grandchildren and great grandmother to 9. Special aunt to June (Tony) Alado. May you forever Rest in Peace.
