Mrs. Gretta Biddix Bell, 70, died Monday, February 18, 2013 at Palmetto Health Richland in Columbia, SC. The funeral service will be Thursday, February 21, 2013 at Barron Funeral Home with Rev. Don Etters officiating. The interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
Born March 12, 1942 in Gastonia, NC, Mrs. Bell was the daughter of the late Chestley and Geneva Bond Biddix. She was a graduate of York High School and attended York Technical College. She was retired fromSprings Industries and also Schlegel Corporation. She was a member of New Life Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband of over fifty years Charles W. Bell, Jr.; two sons, four grandchildren. She was preceded in death by an infant daughter Diane.
