Rosalyn M. Semones, 68, of 190 Marilyn Ave., wife of George Semones, died Sunday.
A native of Woodford County, she was a member of the Versailles Presbyterian Church and of the Women of the Church Circle III, for which she had been treasurer for many years.
She is also survived by one daughter, Betty Sue Whittaker; one brother, Charles W. Carter; one sister, Anne C. Blackburn, all of Woodford County, and three grandchildren. A son, Billy C. Semones, is deceased.
Services were conducted at 2:30 pm Tuesday at the Versailles Presbyterian Church by the Rev. Bob Agnew and the Rev. Bert Eyster. Burial was in the Versailles Cemetery. The Blackburn Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Casket bearers were Jim Alexander, Ralph Centers, Jim Nutter, Larry Jones, Dr. William Foley and Ken Dean
