Dolores E. Bair, 78, died unexpectedly March 13, 2005, at her home.

She was born in South Williamsport, Pa., and was a winter resident in Sebastian, Florida for several years.

Before retirement in 1979, she was the tax collector for Hebpurn Township, Pa., for 35 years.

She and her husband also owned and operated the Hidden Valley Arabians horse farm.

She enjoyed gardening and loved animals.

Survivors include daughters, Lisa A. Hubbert of Sebastian and Lauren E. Lulich of Orlando; son, Scott Bair of Vero Beach; four granddaughters; and one great-granddaughter.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Maurice E. Bair; her parents, George and Ellen Anderson Hoagland; and brother, George C. Hoagland.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Hepburn Baptist Church, 2917 Pleasant Valley Road, Cogan Station, PA 17728.

A graveside memorial service will be at 2 p.m. March 18in Wildwood Cemetery, Williamsport, Pa. Arrangements are by Knight-Confer Funeral Home, Williamsport.
