MRS. JOSEPH WEINANDY DIES AT HOME HERE

Expires Sunday After Long Illness, Funeral Set for Wednesday

Mrs. Caroline Weinandy, 82, passed away at her home at 123 North Hazel St., sunday morning at 10 o'clock. Mrs. Weinandy had been ill the past year. Death was attributed to complications.

Mrs. Caroline Weinandy was born in Sandusky, Ohio, the daughter of John and Magdelena Courtad Benner. She was united in marriage in Upper Sandusky April 17, 1888 to Joseph Weinandy, who preceded her in death in 1941. Surviving are five children, Miss Grace Weinandy, at home; Jerone Weinandy, of Carey; Paul Weinandy, of Findlay; Miss Margaret Weinandy, of Toledo, and Ralph Weinandy, of this city. One son, Cyril Weinandy, preceded the mother in death.

Also surviving are four grandchildren, two sisters and a brother, Mrs. Elizabeth Seifert, of east of this city; and Louis and Miss Mary Benner, of this city. Two brothers, Charles and Frank Benner, and two sisters, Mrs. Rosa Courtad and Mrs. Catherine Kromer, are deceased.

Mrs. Weinandy had resided in this vicinity most of her life. She was a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church in this city and of the Parish Council of Catholic Women.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday morning at 9:30 o'clock from St. Peter's Catholic Church with the pastor Rev. William J. KcKeown officiting. Interment will be made in St. Peter's cemetery.

The body will be returned to the late residence where friends may call at any time after 7:30 o'clock this Monday evening.
