LAY, MR. DELMAS L. - age 77, of Harriman, went home to be with the Lord, Wednesday, March 6, 2013. Del served his country in the United States Navy and was retired from the US Postal Service as a superintendent of mails for the Oak Ridge Post Office.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Patsy Hamby Lay; his parents, Enos and Lillie Lay; and one brother, James Lay. He is survived by his sister and brother-in-law, Evelyn and Don Bolton; one son, David Lay; one granddaughter, Peyton Julia Lay; two nieces, Donna Bolton Becker and Lara Bolton Riley; three stepchildren, David Chester Burgess and his wife, Cathy, Sherman Frank Burgess, Patricia Lynn Perella and her husband, David.
