Rosemary was born in Rayville November 24, 1924 the daughter of the late Hugh Ben and Ethel Bell Toombs Balfour and passed away March 4, 2013 in Alexandria, LA. She was married March 3, 1943. She was a member of First Baptist Church where she sang in the choir, Sunday school teacher, and member of Missionary WMU, D.A.R. and a member of the Rayville Garden Club.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, J. W. Davis, two sisters, Catherine Smith and Stella Jack, two brothers, Hugh Ben Balfour and Jim Balfour.
Pallbearers will be Chance Addison, Jay Davis, Nickolas Lasyone, Thomas James "T J" Lasyone, Dulane Lasyone and Fred Laing.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Johnny Jack, Joe Jack, Barry Collins, Charles Willoughby, Jim Adams, Claude Mercer, Rayland Trisler, Mike Sullivan, Jarome Vasaque and Ricky Cooper.
Visitation will be 5:00-8:00PM Wednesday, March 6, 2013 at the Mulhearn Funeral Home-Rayville.
