A resident here for 22 years, Charles Augustus Alford, 62, died last night at a hospital here. He was a native of Elko Nevada and was employed by the Shell Oil Company until about a year ago. He was a member of Martines Moose Lodge.
Mr. Alford is survived by a widow, Rose; four daughters; four sons; his mother, Mrs. Felicia Cameron; and a sister, Mrs. Harry Oswill.
Services: Brunscher-Connolly chapel.
Burial: Alamo Cemetery.
