Mrs. Mills was born Jan. 6, 1922, in Shenandoah County, the daughter of Amos William and Francelia Elizabeth Barb. Mrs. Mills was married to Hugh Gene Mills, who is deceased. Surviving are three sons, Eugene Barb Mills of Culpeper, Larry Sheldon Mills of Clayton, N.C., and Jeffrey Sherman Mills of Hume; three daughters, Judith Francelia Mills Neller of Jetersville, Brenda Joyce Mills Carbaugh of Stephens City, and Nancy Loraine Mills Walsh of Woodstock; two sisters, Pauline Kines of Hume and Mary Cunningham of Silver Spring, Md.; a brother, Amos Barb of Santa Barbara, Calif.; 11 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren
