Lloyd Noland Baker, 48, died Thursday, May 28, 2009 at St. Joseph Hospital Lexington of complications from esophageal cancer. He was a lifelong resident of Madison County, born November 28, 1960, former meat packer at Uncle Charlie’s Meats in Richmond, and member of Knob Lick Baptist Church.
Survivors include his father, Noland Baker of Waco; one daughter, Kayla Baker of Berea; five brothers and sisters, Wayne (Marsha) Baker, Regina (Johnny) Carl, both of Berea, Michael (Charlene) Baker, William (Lillian) Baker, both of Irvine, Gail (Ron) Burton of Illinois.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Ima Jean Price Baker, one son, Lloyd Allen Baker, and one sister, Sherry Baker.
Funeral service was Sunday, May 31, 2009 at Reppert Funeral Home by Bro. Gilbert Sowers with burial at the Baker Cemetery. Pallbearers were Michael Baker, William Baker, Johnny Carl, Timothy Chrisman, Daniel Baker, Rick Felty.
