He was a Primitive Bapist Preacher. He married Addie Parker the grandaughter of Daniel Parker who was the founder of the Pilgram Bapist Church in Elkhart ,Texas. He preached at several different churches. In the days he preached the Elder usually had 4 different churches where he preached, they only had services on 1 Sunday each month. I only remember the one at Tomball,Texas
