Ericson Cly, Born Dec. 31, 1973, passed from this life on Aug 25 2006. He was struck by lightning in the Monument Vallet Tribal Park at his home, at the proud age of 32.
Eric had many gifts, and developed many talents during his time with us. He learned ninjitsu. He learned to play the guitar. He drew many beautiful pictures. He graduated from Viewmont High School in 1993. He Served his country in the U.S. Marine Corps. He Served his God in the San Antinio, Texas, Mission as missionary for the church of jesus christ of latter day saints. He graduated from DeVry University on Oct 26 2003 and earned his bachelor's degree in "Computer Information System"

I'm free
Don't grieve for me
I'm following the path God gave for me.
I took his hand when I heard him call.
I turned my back and left it all.
I could not stay another day to laugh
to love, to work or play.
Tacks left undone must stay that way.
I found that place at the close of the day.
If my parting has left a void,
then fill it with remembered joy.
A friendship shared, a laugh, a kiss.
Ah yes these things I too will miss.
Be not burdened with times of sorrow.
I wish you the sunshine of tomorrow.
My life's been full.
I savored much, good friends, good times.
A loved one's touch.
Perhaps my time seems all to brief,
Don't let lenghthen it now with undo grief
Lift up your head and share with me
God wanted me now
He set me free.
